At 360 Health Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our holistic health products, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
1. All Sales Are Final on Consumable Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any consumable products, including but not limited to:
✅ Sea Moss Gels
✅ Herbal Tea Blends
✅ Tinctures
✅ Syrups
✅ Capsules
✅ Dried Herbs
✅ Skincare items (Soaps, Serums, Oils)
Why? Once shipped, these items cannot be restocked or resold due to potential contamination risk. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Here’s what to do:
✔️ Email support@360healthessentials.com within 3 days of delivery
✔️ Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue
We’ll review the case and offer:
✅ A replacement
✅ A store credit
✅ A refund (at our discretion)
Note: Claims submitted after 3 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at support@360healthessentials.com with your order number. Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (damaged or wrong product).
5. Exchanges
We do not process exchanges unless you received the wrong item. If that happens, contact us and we’ll fix it fast.
